2011 Big Hill Boxcart Derby in Hopetown Abacos
Once again the 13th Annual Big Hill Boxcart Derby was held in Hopetown, Abaco on Saturday November 26 2011. I have no clue who won (hopefully some one will update us) but we got alot of great photos.
As you can see Boxcarts come in all shapes and sizes in Hopetown
Great Shot of Tom from the Lodge, in one of his extremely classic Derby “Getups” and yes the Kayak (oops I meant boxcart) did scrape in the middle at times during his runs.
The Skateboarder (oops I meant Inclined Boxcarter) is Mr. John. This year he added a pair of Gloves to his safety equipment. He was flawless in the runs we got to witness unlike last year.
